关于职场与民间交流部 Marketplace & Civic Exchange Division
华牧职场与民间交流部(简称职场民间交流)的前身为美中民间交流协会，源起2000年，正式成立于2001年，由祝健牧师和一批基督徒职场精英及企业专业人士发起，并与各类领域性的专业、实体、及非赢利机构合作长达20多年至今，卓有成效和贡献，如教育、商贸、投资、旅游、音乐、影视、高科技、大型展会及社区开发等职场资源对接及服务。其各种项目的合作单位包括新墨西哥州阿布奎基市政厅、国际友好城市协会、新墨西哥州大学、林肯基督教大学、盟诺国际高中、中国贸促会西安分会等民间团体和非赢利机构。
由于疫情的原因，美中民间交流协会受到了严重的业务继续开展影响，即于2020年关闭其合法注册的机构，而将其职场与民间交流的所有资源和功能转移至华人牧者团契的职场事工部。其重要的原因，是因为华人牧者团契和美中民间交流协会都是因着1983年上帝所赐下的国度连接的异像而产生的，号称双重或孪生使命，及福音使命和文化使命。
目前的华牧职场及民间交流部，从异像到使命，从宗旨到目标，从注册架构到章程规则，均合乎一切正规和正常的设立和程序。目前的决策和运营，仍旧由祝健牧师与原来发起的领袖团队协同合作，并由Lewis弟兄任执行主任。
疫情之后，职场民间交流目前在逐渐开展的项目有，中学及大学教育的国际交流和对接、国际人才培训、国际贫困地区的社区开发、在线教育、友好城市国际经济资源对接峰会、国际贸易交流及物流、商贸咨询服务等。
双重使命合并之后，其区别在于，职场民间交流不再像美中民间交流协会，是一个独立的非赢利机构，而是成为华牧的一个部门，其运作的权限和自主性是根据华牧的章程并受制于华牧的宗旨和章程。
为了对外方便于各项交流项目的开展，此部门的全称为北美教会大陆事工使团职场及民间交流部，简称为职场民间交流。英文是，Marketplace and Civic Exchange, North America Mainland Chinese Mission, or Marketplace Civic Exchange (MCE).
Marketplace & Civic Exchange Division (hereinafter referred to as MCE), formerly known as the America China Civil Exchange (ACCE), originated in 2000 and was formally established in 2001. It was initiated by Pastor Jian Zhu and a group of Christian elites and business professionals, and has cooperated with professional, entity and non-profit organizations in various fields for more than 20 years. MCE has had effective fruits such as education, business, investment, tourism, music, film & television, high-tech, large-scale exhibitions and community development and other marketplace-resource matchmaking and services.
The pandemic seriously affected ACCE's continuation of its business. Therefore, ACCE decided to close its legally registered organization in 2020 and transfer all its resources and functions of marketplace and civic exchanges to North America Mainland Chinese Mission (NAMCM). The important reason for this is that both NAMCM and ACCE were established because of the vision of "Kingdom connection" given by God in 1983. That vision has an important part called dual or twin missions: the Gospel and culture missions.
At present, the MCE's vision & mission, purpose & goal, registration & internal controls, conform to all legislation and regular procedures. Its decision-making and operation are still coordinated by Pastor Jian Zhu and the original leaders, and Brother Lewis Lu is the executive director.
After the pandemic, the MCE has been developing projects such as international exchanges and matchmaking of middle-school and university education, international talent training, community development in developing countries, online education, business matchmaking for international sister cities, international trade and logistics, business consulting, etc.
After the merger of the dual missions, the only difference is that the function of marketplace & civic exchange is no longer embedded in ACCE to act as a non-profit organization, but a department of NAMCM whose authority and autonomy are based on NAMCM's bylaw and subject to NAMCM's purpose and bylaw.
In order to facilitate the development of various exchange programs, the full name of this department is Marketplace and Civic Exchange, North America Mainland Chinese Mission, or Marketplace Civic Exchange (MCE).
